If you received WhatsApp notifications sent through the platform of Conceptos Lógicos, SRL and want us to delete your data, follow these steps. No account and no form is needed — an email is enough.

Step 1 — Write to us

Send an email to privacidad@conceptoslogicos.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Step 2 — Include these two details

We need them to locate your records and to confirm the request comes from you:

  • The phone number that received the messages, in international format (for example, +18095551234).
  • The name of the business that sent you the messages. It appears in the WhatsApp message you received.

Without these two details we cannot locate your records. Before proceeding we may send a verification message to the number given, to confirm that you hold it.

Step 3 — What we delete
  • The history of messages sent to that number, and the replies received from it.
  • The phone number itself.
  • The associated delivery logs: the queued, sent, delivered, read and failed states, with their dates and times.
Step 4 — What is retained

Only those records that Dominican law obliges us to retain, and only for as long as that obligation lasts. Beyond that, we keep nothing.

Note that the business that sent you the messages may keep its own records in its own systems, over which we have no control. That request must be addressed to that business directly.

Step 5 — Timing

We complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, and send you a confirmation by the same means we received it.

If all you want is to stop receiving messages

You do not need a deletion request. Reply to the WhatsApp message asking them to stop writing to you, and the business that sent it will remove you from its list. If you would rather we did it, write to privacidad@conceptoslogicos.com with the number concerned.
